Justin Singerman passed the Workers’ Compensation Legal Specialist Examination in March 2014. Mr. Singerman obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from UCLA in 2004. He continued on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 2008, where he was a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Singerman was admitted to the California State Bar in 2010.
Mr. Singerman has practiced defense Workers’ Compensation since June 2010. Mr. Singerman began his legal career as a law clerk at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. After being admitted to the California State Bar, Mr. Singerman was recruited by a large, busy, Workers’ Compensation defense firm, where he received recognition as an attorney with the highest file closures. Mr. Singerman has obtained multiple “Take Nothings” on case-in-chief and lien trials. He is a seasoned litigator, who has had much success settling cases early by way of Compromise and Release. Mr. Singerman is a favorite among clients with his creative thinking, quick responsiveness, and attention to detail.
