Olivia Tucker received her undergraduate, masters, and Juris Doctor at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. More specifically, Ms. Tucker received a Bachelor of Arts with an Honors Specialization in Philosophy, a Masters in Theological Studies, and a Juris Doctor. Ms. Tucker went on to receive her Master of Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she was a member of the Wine Law Association and volunteer for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She was admitted to the California Bar shortly after graduation.
During her time at the University of Western Ontario, Ms. Tucker served as an executive with the International Law Association and member of the Employment Law Clinic. Ms. Tucker was also an active participant in multiple Moot Court competitions including multiple moots focusing on labor, employment, and negotiation.
Ms. Tucker has practiced exclusively in Workers’ Compensation defense and has experience handling a wide variety of claims in settlement negotiation, drafting legal documents, and propounding and responding to discovery. Ms. Tucker’s unique international outlook gives her a distinctive advantage in effective and efficient negotiation of settlements.
